It opens no ports on your networkThe service goes out to fetch work when it is its turn. Nothing is listening on your firewall's side, so there is nothing to publish and no inbound access to open.
It does not write to your ERP's tablesIt reads what it needs and, when something new has to be recorded, it leaves it in its own tables. Your system processes them whenever it wants. If you remove us tomorrow, your database stays as it was.
No migrationYour data stays where it is. The database is not copied, nothing is converted, there is no "before and after".
If the service goes down, it recovers on its ownIt runs as a Windows service, restarts itself after failures and retries with increasing wait times. It leaves no half-executed commands.

The data lives on the phoneScreens read from the local database, not from the network. What you see does not depend on there being signal at that moment.
What is entered without signal is queuedThe order is saved and goes out on its own when the connection returns. There is no need to remember to resend anything.
Sync by differencesWhen the connection returns, it downloads only what changed, not the whole database. It is fast even on a poor connection.

The phone is linked to the personAn administrator enables the device once. After that, people sign in with fingerprint, face or PIN, with no username or password to leak.
The web is accessed by scanning a codeThe web session is authorized from the app. There is no password form that someone could try to brute-force.
Access can be cut remotelyIf someone loses their phone or leaves the company, the device is revoked and the session is closed without waiting for them to hand anything back.
Each company's data, kept separateEach company works in its own space. Nobody sees another company's data, neither by mistake nor by changing something in the address.

Does it replace my ERP?

No. It extends it to the phone. Your system is still the one in charge: we read from it and send back what is entered in the field.

Do I have to open ports or publish a server?

No. The service running on your network reaches outward to fetch work. Nothing is left listening on the inside.

Do you modify my tables?

No. We read the ones we need and write to our own tables, which your system processes whenever it wants. If you remove us, your database stays intact.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The app stores the data on the phone and queues whatever is entered without signal. When the connection returns, it syncs only what changed.

What happens if a salesperson loses their phone?

The device is revoked from the administration and the session is closed. To get back in, they need an administrator to enable it again.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your system and on how many modules you enable. We estimate it on the technical call, after looking at your database.
